Company provides 1.Web Scraper for SKU finding of given items 2. Analyze Emails and extract tasks into Monday.com (the “Platform”). As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address or e-mail address.
Company collects data concerning individuals, including Customer’s personnel (including employees and service providers), collected when our Customers and/or their personnel use the Company Platform, as well as certain data from the Customer’s website (“Customer Data”).
The Customer Data includes data regarding Customer’s systems, websites, users, personnel (including service providers), which data includes names, email addresses and content of the emails, IP addresses and Public Data available on the Customer E-commerce Website
In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason.
You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but if you do not agree to provide us with this data, we will not be able to provide our Platform to you.
We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use Personal Information and other information internally – for example, to provide you with the Company Platform, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make our products more useful for you and for our other customers. For this purpose, members of the Company may have access to the data, including personal data, as part of their role in our company. Please note that the type of personnel with access to your data may change from time to time. All data collected and used as described herein may be analyzed using artificial intelligence systems (machine learning algorithms), in order to improve the product and train better artificial intelligence models.
We may use Personal Information to contact you. We may use Personal Information to provide you with the Company Platform. Customer Data may be shared with the applicable Customer and its personnel.
In addition, we may share your Personal Information with: • members of our corporate family, or third party vendors or service providers, including without limitation for purposes of data storage and threat intelligence. We may also authorize third party vendors or service providers to collect information on our behalf. We will require members of our corporate family and third party vendors to follow practices that protect your privacy rights on a level at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy. • Business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered through the Company Platform. You can tell when a third party is involved in a product or service because their name will appear, either alone or with ours. If you choose to use these products or services, we may share information about you, including your Personal Information, with those partners. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third-party business partners. If you wish to no longer allow that third party to use your information, please contact that third party directly.
In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will delete any information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.
Please note, when you pay us via a wire transfer, we will be able to view some of your basic banking information, including your account number and branch number. Depending on your means of payment, we may use third party payment providers to provide payment services for the Company Platform. We are not affiliated with, and do not have any responsibility for the privacy practices of such third party payment services. Please review independently the privacy policies of such third party payment providers.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us their Personal Information using the Site or as part of the Platform without parental permission, please advise us immediately.
According to Sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, you are entitled to inspect your data by yourself, or through your attorney who you have authorized in writing or through a guardian, as the case may be. If you request to inspect your data, we will allow this, according to the conditions listed in the law and subject to the provisions of any law. If we are processors of this data, we may refer you to the applicable database controller. If you find after such inspection that the information is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, you will be entitled to contact us (or if you are a foreign resident, the holder) and request that the information about you be corrected or deleted. We will retain your information for as long as your Customer account is active or as needed to provide you the Platform. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us at the e-mail address listed above. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may send you email or other messages about us or our products and services as well as messages about products and services of selected third parties. By using the Platform, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages. As a registered member, you can remove your personal information from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at naveh@jyper.io. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email we send. Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions on the Platform or with respect to Platform, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.
We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior.
We may share your information with our affiliates, which may be located outside your country of residence. We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside your jurisdiction. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
We may transfer our databases containing your Personal Information if we sell our business or part of it, including in cases of liquidation, and the terms of this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the databases. Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition and shall continue being subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
